Shipping Destinations

Kovosis currently ships to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfilment location, carrier restrictions, and other operational considerations.

If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we may contact you to request an alternative address or cancel and refund the affected order.

We may expand or change our available delivery areas in the future.

Shipping Costs

Kovosis currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Any applicable expedited delivery fees, remote-area charges, taxes, customs duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where possible.

Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee after checkout unless they request a delivery change, address correction, redelivery, or another service that creates an additional carrier charge.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Processing begins after payment authorization and order verification have been completed.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal processing hours will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy shopping periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal holidays, order processing may take longer than usual.

Order Cut-Off Time

Where same-day processing is available, the applicable cut-off time will be displayed during checkout or in the relevant shipping information.

Orders submitted after the applicable cut-off time will normally begin processing on the following business day.

A same-day processing estimate does not mean that the order will be delivered on the same day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tracking Information

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking information after the expected processing period, please:

Multiple Shipments

Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

This may occur when products are stored at different fulfilment locations, have different processing times, or require different shipping methods.

You may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number for a single order.

You will not normally be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

If a carrier charges an address-correction, redirection, return, or redelivery fee, the customer may be responsible for that charge where legally permitted.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may:

  • Leave the package in a safe location
  • Leave the package with a neighbour
  • Leave a delivery notice
  • Attempt delivery again
  • Send the package to a local collection point
  • Return the package to the sender

Customers are responsible for reviewing tracking updates and following any instructions provided by the carrier.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery property and any safe locations.
  2. Ask household members, neighbours, reception, or building staff.
  3. Review any carrier photograph or delivery notification.
  4. Contact the carrier using the tracking information.
  5. Contact Kovosis if the package remains missing after completing these steps.

We may need to open an investigation with the carrier before approving a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

A package may be considered potentially lost when it has not arrived within the expected delivery period and tracking shows no meaningful progress.

If you believe your package has been lost, contact support@kovosis.com with your order number and tracking information.

We may contact the carrier or fulfilment provider and begin an investigation. Carrier investigations may require additional time.

Depending on the investigation outcome, product availability, and applicable law, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A refund
  • Another appropriate resolution

Damaged Packages or Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If the package or product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs or video of the product
  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
  • Photographs of the shipping label

Please retain the product and packaging until our customer support team confirms that they are no longer required.

Incorrect or Missing Products

Include your order number and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and products received.

Before reporting a missing product, check your shipping confirmation because products may have been dispatched in separate packages.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery is refused, not collected, or returned because the recipient was unavailable, we may deduct applicable original shipping, return shipping, carrier, handling, or redelivery charges from any refund where legally permitted.

Additional payment may be required if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned as undeliverable because of:
