Policy Overview

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within two hours of placing your order by emailing support@kovosis.com.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing shortly after they are submitted.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be cancelled. After receiving the order, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

If we successfully cancel an order after payment has been collected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must normally be met:

Do not send a product to an address shown on a shipping label, package, supplier document, or website without first receiving authorization from Kovosis.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, delayed, lost, or ineligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, ordering the wrong size, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by an error by Kovosis.

Kovosis will cover reasonable return shipping costs where we confirm that the product received was:

  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Defective
  • Different from the product ordered
  • Missing essential components

Please do not purchase return postage expecting reimbursement unless our customer support team has confirmed the arrangement in writing.

Return Shipping and Tracking

Customers should use a reliable and trackable shipping service when returning a product.

Please retain the return shipping receipt and tracking information until the return and refund have been completed.

Kovosis is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments or products lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.

Return Address

Return Inspection

After the returned product is delivered, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility conditions of this policy.

Returns are normally inspected within seven business days after receipt. During busy periods, inspections may require additional time.

We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved, partially approved, or declined.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may be offered for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

Where a customer ordered an incorrect size, style, variation, or quantity, the customer may be required to return the original product and place a new order.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit where agreed, or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs or video of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Incorrect Products

If we confirm that the wrong product was sent, Kovosis will provide appropriate return instructions and may offer a replacement or refund.

Missing Products or Components

If your order arrives with a product, accessory, or component missing, contact us promptly and provide photographs of the package and everything received.

In some cases, products in the same order may be shipped separately. Please review your shipping confirmation and tracking information before reporting an item as missing.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no meaningful movement or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@kovosis.com.

We may open an investigation with the shipping carrier or fulfilment provider before approving a replacement or refund.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Kovosis may not be responsible for packages that are lost or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate address supplied by the customer.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members, neighbours, or building staff.
  3. Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier.
  5. Contact Kovosis if the package remains missing after completing these checks.

A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer did not collect it, the refund may be reduced by shipping, return handling, carrier, customs, or processing charges where legally permitted.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests redelivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address during checkout.

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

If an order is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply and original shipping costs may not be refundable.

Sale and Promotional Products

Products purchased using a discount or promotional code may generally be returned if they otherwise meet this policy.

Products clearly marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Promotional Bundles and Free Gifts

Where a returned product was purchased as part of a bundle, multi-buy offer, or promotion, the refund may be recalculated based on the products retained.

Any free gift included with a qualifying purchase may also need to be returned. If the gift is not returned, its stated or reasonable value may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Filing a payment dispute does not automatically cancel an order or remove the requirement to return a product where a return is required.

Kovosis may provide order, delivery, tracking, communication, and policy information to the relevant payment provider when responding to a dispute.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law provides a longer return period, mandatory cancellation right, legal guarantee, or another non-waivable remedy, those legal rights will apply.
