Orders
How do I place an order?
Select the product you would like to purchase, choose any available options, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery and payment information carefully before confirming your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation or correction within two hours of placing your order by emailing support@kovosis.com. Requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing quickly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be changed or cancelled.
What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us immediately at support@kovosis.com. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay. The payment options available for your order will be displayed during checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Kovosis generally does not directly store complete payment card details.
Why was my payment declined?
A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, bank security checks, card restrictions, or payment provider verification. Confirm that your information is correct and contact your bank or payment provider if the issue continues.
Shipping and Delivery
Where does Kovosis ship?
Kovosis currently ships to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery availability may vary by product, destination, fulfilment location, and carrier restrictions.
How much does shipping cost?
Kovosis currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless a different charge is clearly shown on the product page or during checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes approximately three to five business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, busy periods, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link after dispatch. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Why did I receive more than one tracking number?
Products from the same order may be shipped separately when they are stored at different fulfilment locations or require different shipping methods. Each package may have its own tracking number.
What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but is missing?
Check around the delivery property, any safe locations, and with household members, neighbours, reception staff, or building management. Review any carrier photograph or delivery notice and contact the carrier. If the package remains missing, contact Kovosis with your order number and tracking details.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must normally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and components.
How do I start a return?
Email support@kovosis.com with your full name, order number, product name, and reason for the return. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.
Where should I send my return?
Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided by our customer support team. Do not send a product to an address shown on the original package or shipping label unless we have confirmed that address in writing.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are normally responsible for return shipping for standard or change-of-mind returns. Kovosis may cover reasonable return shipping costs where we confirm that the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing essential components.
Are any products non-returnable?
Some products may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These may include personalized products, final-sale items, gift cards, digital products, opened hygiene-sensitive products, and opened or worn undergarments or intimate products.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the product and packaging until our support team confirms that they are no longer required.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or something is missing?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the package, shipping label, and products received. Check your shipping confirmation first because products from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
