At Kovosis, shipping is simple, transparent, and free. This policy applies to all currently active country markets in our store.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free to all of the countries listed above. No shipping fee is added at checkout for eligible orders.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
After processing, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 7–13 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can occasionally be longer during peak periods, promotions, severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send a tracking link by email after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Customs, duties, and local taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. Unless already included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
